What an indescribable feeling when we have some cookies going out of the oven! The smell that it spreads fills out all the environment and remember us we are at home. Yes, our home sweet home, a place where we feel secure and the one that brings us good memories from our childhood.
That’s the feeling that has moved me to start an online business that honors my mom. She was the kind of person that loved when our house was full of people. Sometimes family, or friends or members of the church, or even missionaries. No one could go away without a cup of fresh coffee and some pieces of cake or cookies. Those memories fill my heart with joy and gratitude for those golden days of my life where mom and dad have molded me to be the person I’m today, with a beautiful family, friends, and a ministry where I volunteer for over 13 years. At the time I’m updating this page, in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020, I have two daughters, two sons-in-law, and four wonderful-best-ever-more-than-beautiful grandkids. Is there anything missing to call it all as happiness? No.
When I think about what my company should be I always have in mind that it must be a part of the happiness, not only for me but for my customers as well. It doesn’t make sense for me to have a business not linked to my life, to my history, and to who I am. It means that when my company touches you with our products or even when you just browse the website, we expect you to have the feeling of a person entering in my mother’s house to have a cup of coffee and eat some cookies, and the smell evolving you will complete the experience. So, the coffee and the cookies mean our products and the evolving smelling is the customer experience.
Rina was my mother’s name (in memory). She was completely dedicated to our home. So, welcome to Rina Bakeware.
